Descriptions are thought to be accurate. Items in the catalog are sold as-is, unless described otherwise. Many of the goods are quite old, and may have deteriorated with time.
If you do not like your merchandise, you can return it for a full refund within 10 business days.
There is no minimum order. The Ironworks may charge a very small handling fee - generally less than a dollar. This is used for "slop" in the shipping, and is not considered "gravy". Sometimes shipping estimates are off. The Ironworks will generally absorb ("eat") any small differences.
Payment can be with a personal or business check, various types of money orders, cashiers checks, and of course, cash. Paypal may be available in the future. The Ironworks does reserve the right to hold all orders paid with a personal or business check for ten days, in order for the checks to clear properly.
Shipping is generally fairly quick. The Ironworks uses the U.S. Postal Service almost exclusively. Large items may go out using FedEx. UPS is not available.
If any additional shipping services are desired, such as tracking or insurance, please indicate your needs. The Ironworks is not responsible for lost or damaged items that are not insured. When in doubt, ask for insurance.
Thanks!
