We will upgrade your computer to a new operating system.

If you want to upgrade to a new operating system, our technicians will do the upgrade for you.
We will:
- Confirm that your computer can be upgraded to the new operating system.
- Confirm that your existing peripherals and software will work with the new operating system. It is possible that updated drivers for the peripherals (usually downloaded for free) and updated software (sometimes free) will be needed. If needed, we can take care of the peripheral and software updates.
- Backup your important data prior to making any changes
- Install the new Operating System
- Restore all backed up data
- Reinstall all applications
- Test to make sure the Operating System and all applications are functioning properly
