File Server Setup/ Troubleshooting
We will setup a secure file server, or troubleshoot and existing one.
More Information:
With a file server, users on networked computers share files stored on a separate server. A user can look at, read, or write to a file stored on the server as though it were part of the file system of his or her own computer. The computers can also share devices such as a printer.
A file server is different from file sharing where users access files stored on each other’s networked computers.
Setup
Our technicians will install and configure a secure file server designed and optimized for storing files for sharing. A file server can also be used for Raid Data Storage and used for both data backup and file sharing.
Troubleshooting
If your existing file server is not functioning properly, our technicians will troubleshoot it, identify any changes that need to be made and make any necessary changes.
