Coordinating Warranted and RMA Services

We will handle the process of having your computer, a peripheral (i.e. printer), hardware, or a network device sent for warranted or RMA servicing.

More Information:

Do you have a computer, peripheral, hardware, or network device that is not working? If the item is under warranty or is going to be returned for RMA servicing, we can take care of the process for you. We will:

  • Make all the necessary telephone calls
  • Disconnect or remove the item to be serviced (or you can bring it to our location)
  • Package the item for shipping
  • Ship the item
  • Re-install the item after servicing (or you can re-install it)
  • Test to make sure that the item is functioning properly (if we re-install)

Optional Services:

We offer an Equipment Loan Service.
