We will perform a computer diagnostic and either upgrade your computer or recommend a new computer purchase.

Our technicians will:
- Perform a comprehensive computer diagnostic
- Recommend a computer upgrade or new computer purchase
- If an upgrade is recommended, our technicians will provide a cost for the upgrade (any necessary hardware or software can be supplied by BestWeb and be included in the cost or can be supplied by the customer)
- Upon customer approval, we will perform the computer upgrade. The specific components of the upgrade will depend on the diagnostic, but may include:
- Computer Optimization and Customization
- Computer Security
- Software Updates
- Installation or Updating Utilities
- Operating System Upgrade
- Hardware Repair
- Hardware Installation
- Software Installation
