We will perform a comprehensive computer diagnostic to identify the cause of computer problems.

Our technicians will administer a complete computer diagnostic to identify the cause of computer occurrences such as slowness, lockups, crashes, or other computer problems. This will include scanning system files, reviewing anti-virus and anti-spyware applications, and identifying any Windows or hard drive problems.
We will:
- Evaluate the computer problems
- Determine what is necessary to repair or improve your computer’s performance
- Provide a cost for the recommended repair. Any necessary hardware or software can be supplied by BestWeb and included in the cost or can be supplied by the customer
- With customer approval, perform the repair
